Technology serving those who transform lives.
We believe good technology shouldn't serve only those who can afford it. That's why we put what we do best — building systems and digital presence — at the service of associations changing the lives of real communities, in Brazil and France.
Technology builds what can't be measured in money, too.
We put the same custom engineering we deliver to any client at the service of associations whose return isn't financial, but human. We understand how each one operates, we build the technology it needs to grow, and we stay by its side for what comes next.
Meet the two organizations we support, the work they do, and how technology fits into that story.

Elo Esportivo
Who Elo Esportivo is
The Elo Esportivo Association was born from a simple, powerful conviction: sport is a tool for reaching places and people. In the Joaquim Távora (Piedade) neighborhood of Fortaleza, it uses sport as an instrument of belonging and social transformation — focused on children, teenagers, and young people in vulnerable situations. Behind it is Paulo HHenrique (PH): a former professional athlete, studying Physical Education, with over a decade of social work in the territory. He is the main link in the neighborhood's sports network, head coach of a school that has already trained more than 200 children — a track record that makes the association a consolidated organization, genuinely rooted in the community.
The purpose
The mission is to use sport as an instrument of access, belonging, and social transformation, with priority attention to those who need it most. The vision is to establish itself as a reference in social transformation through sport — a sustainable institute, replicable in other Fortaleza communities. Its values guide every action: sport as a right (free and inclusive access, no barrier to entry), technical excellence, commitment to the territory, transparency, and continuity.
What Elo does in practice
The work goes well beyond a single sport. Among its fronts are the Piedade Futsal Cup (the main competitive event, with federated referees and strong community mobilization), the Elo Esportivo Race, carimba competitions (reviving Ceará's street culture), volleyball — extending its reach to girls and teenagers — and the Conexão Project, which brings support to sports associations in other neighborhoods.
Where Dilevate comes in
For Elo Esportivo, Dilevate built two technology fronts, as support for the social work: the institutional website, which introduces the association and its projects to the community and potential partners; and the competition management platform — a custom system that runs the entire sporting operation: online team registration, match and sport management, digital match sheets (results, cards, ejections), news, sponsors, and a complete admin panel, with automatic match reminders. It's the same logged-in system engineering we deliver to businesses — here, at the service of community sport.

R.E.V.E. — Réussir Et Vivre Ensemble
Who R.E.V.E. is
In Orléans, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the R.E.V.E. Association — Réussir Et Vivre Ensemble ("Succeed and Live Together") works to help people in vulnerable situations find their place in French society. Many arrived from other countries, facing the most concrete barrier of all: language. R.E.V.E. exists to break down that barrier — and, with it, open the way to everything that follows. The association was founded by Sandra da Silva, a French as a Foreign Language (FLE) instructor, and is run by a team of volunteers.
The purpose and the work
R.E.V.E.'s direct work focuses on two complementary fronts: language learning (FLE) — the heart of the association, with French courses at different levels, the key that opens the doors to work and autonomy; and community life — events, gatherings, and activities that build connection and belonging, turning language learning into the concrete experience of "living together."
Integration as a network
Because real integration isn't done alone, R.E.V.E. works as a network: the professional integration of its beneficiaries happens through partnerships with specialized associations — such as AJM and Kodiko — that connect these people to the world of work. Each organization does what it does best, and the beneficiary gains a complete path.
Where Dilevate comes in
For R.E.V.E., Dilevate created the institutional website — the digital presence that gives the association visibility, presents its areas of work, promotes its events, and makes it easier to get in touch. And we stay by the association's side on digital matters on an ongoing basis: a long-term partnership that evolves with the organization's needs.
